How Does Follow My Child Work How does Follow My Child work
Follow My Child holds a child’s health record from primary care doctors, dentists, obstetricians/gynecologists, and any other health care providers. The child’s legal guardian and adolescents, ages 13 and older, select WHO is able to obtain access of specific personal health information.

In addition, there is a symptom diary where the child or foster parent can record and date any medical symptoms which can be reported during doctor visits. Also linked to the health module are pages with information about emergencies and wellness. With your permission your health care provider can see, enter, and share medical information, helping you to get the best care. Please refer to our policies regarding privacy and permissions.

Follow My Child has a special permission feature to protect the child’s privacy by allowing the child’s legal guardian to decide who is allowed to see what information. Follow My Child members receive a printable wallet-size emergency card containing the most critical medical and contact information.
