Follow My Child is an electronic personal health record (PHR) designed to serve the needs of children and adolescents currently with a licensed foster parent in Miami-Dade or Monroe counties. It features an electronic medical record for general health data information. The information contained in the PHR can be easily accessed by the patient anytime, anywhere and can be shared by multiple care providers in different locations.
